Insanity!!!!

So the other night I stumbled upon this infomercial for the Insanity workout. It looked interesting and challenging. But best of all it didn't require any equipment. So...I managed to ahem "acquire" the workout and I'm going to take the 60 day challenge, I'll try to keep you guys updated about how it's going. I'll even take a before pic to post. Don't laugh at me!

A few stats
Height: 5'11
Weight: 180-85 pounds
BMI: 25.8

My goal is to work on my abs and get in better cardiovascular shape. I seriously can barely last 10 minutes on the elliptical.  My concern is that I'll drop too much weight. I like to be able to stick my chest out and say I'm 185 pounds lol  Doesn't quite have the same ring to it as 175, which is how much i weigh if i stop lifting weights. But I wanna get those fitness model abs so we'll see what happens. If I start dropping too many pounds I might add in some heavy lifting on occasion. Wish me luck guys!

  1. The Insanity workout program is the real deal. It is designed to take your cardio to a who;e new level. I have a workout group that includes people who run half marathons. They wanted to change up their workout routines and were more than pleased with Insanity. It allowed them to completely shape their bodies and to bring their cardio to a higher level. Overall, they were better runners for it.

As for the last comment that had to do with fakes, it is unfortunate but they are out there. The only way to ensure that it is real is to buy it from the company that makes it, Beachbody. Beachbody doesn't sell its products in stores or on Amazon. If you are not buying it from Beachbody, there is a pretty good chance that it is fake. I am a Beachbody Coach and represent Beachbody. Visit my site to buy the real deal from Beachbody.
